Who says that art is only meant to hang on your wall or stand on a pedestal? Contemporary art can be functional too, and even as it is used daily within the home, it constantly communicates the unique vision of the artist.

The
BirdKiller series combines
several influences that have personally been relevant to my
art-making process. With a love for other playful materials, apart
from glass, such as textured paper, fabrics and wood, this body of
work grew out of my experimentation with the use of screen-printing
techniques based on iconic objects, symbols and my passion for
tattoos.
